A skilled individual is required to expand the existing team in our butchery department of a busy farm shop in South Oxfordshire. The applicant must be a dependable, conscientious and reliable team player with a sense of humour and excellent customer service skills. The butchery is open 7 days a week - all team members are required to work their share of weekends. The role could be full time or part time depending on the candidate. He or she will need to possess the full set of butchery skills including the breaking down of carcasses, and will be required to do a block test.
